為總結(jié)2023年度工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，部署2024年度戰(zhàn)略，明確工作重點(diǎn)和目標(biāo)，對(duì)集團(tuán)的未來(lái)發(fā)展舉旗定向、謀篇布局，扎實(shí)推進(jìn)集團(tuán)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。集團(tuán)于2023年12月29日召開(kāi)恒旺集團(tuán)2023年度總結(jié)暨2024年度計(jì)劃會(huì)議。

01 規(guī)劃新征程 開(kāi)啟新篇章

集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)劉明濤、集團(tuán)副總劉小偉、徐剛等公司中高層班子成員及員工代表參加此次年終會(huì)議，會(huì)議由集團(tuán)副總劉小偉主持。

會(huì)議伊始，集團(tuán)副總劉小偉對(duì)2023年公司整體的經(jīng)營(yíng)與生產(chǎn)情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)匯報(bào)。匯報(bào)指出2023年企業(yè)整年堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)的總基調(diào)，堅(jiān)持“走出去”的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方針，穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打提升，內(nèi)貿(mào)部人均銷售收入同增長(zhǎng)46%，外貿(mào)部銷售額同比去年增長(zhǎng)50%以上，取得顯著提升，2023年完美收官。2024集團(tuán)將迎來(lái)二次創(chuàng)業(yè)，伴隨新廠區(qū)建設(shè)，恒旺將邁向更高的新臺(tái)階。

At the beginning of the meeting, Liu Xiaowei, the Vice General Manager, summarized and reported on the overall operation and production situation of the company in 2023. The report pointed out that throughout 2023, the company adhered to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, adhered to the development policy of "going global," and achieved significant improvements. The average sales revenue per person in the Domestic Trade Department increased by 46%, and the sales of the Foreign Trade Department increased by over 50% compared to the previous year, achieving a perfect conclusion for 2023. With the construction of the new factory area, 2024 will usher in a new era of entrepreneurship for Hengwang, propelling it to higher levels of success.

恒旺集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)劉明濤認(rèn)真聽(tīng)取了各部門管理人員的發(fā)言，并針對(duì)各項(xiàng)目營(yíng)銷情況逐一進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，首先肯定了大家在過(guò)去一年里面對(duì)艱難的客觀形勢(shì)，堅(jiān)守初心、攻堅(jiān)克難，取得成績(jī)，充分體現(xiàn)了恒旺人堅(jiān)毅果敢的精神品質(zhì)，隨后，結(jié)合各項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)部的情況，為2024年全年進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性部署，提出同心共創(chuàng)20億的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。針對(duì)2024年要以堅(jiān)定的信心、創(chuàng)新的舉措、堅(jiān)韌的毅力，攻堅(jiān)克難，奮進(jìn)擔(dān)當(dāng)，以實(shí)干交出“成功答卷”。
