1月17日上午，柳工印尼首個技能大師工作室在雅加達理工學院正式揭牌，柳工黨委副書記李于寧出席了儀式并為工作室揭牌。這標志著柳工印尼在推進高技能人才隊伍建設(shè)、搭建平臺培育人才方面邁入了新階段。

On the morning of January 17, LiuGong Indonesia’s first technical skills studio-- Studio of Skilled Master Huang Min was officially inaugurated at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Li Yuning, Senior Vice President of LiuGong, attended the ceremony and unveiled the studio. This marks a new phase for LiuGong Indonesia in advancing the construction of a high-skilled talent pool and establishing platforms for talent cultivation.

良工鍛煉凡幾年，鑄得寶劍名龍泉。黃敏大師從事海外服務(wù)工作已有10余年。他憑借對工程機械技術(shù)的深刻理解和卓越的服務(wù)技能，在業(yè)界享有盛譽。黃敏大師工作室的成立，旨在繼承和發(fā)揚大師的技藝，并通過與當?shù)卦盒５暮献?，為當?shù)嘏囵B(yǎng)更多具備實際技能的人才，提升當?shù)氐墓こ虣C械服務(wù)水平。同時，工作室也將成為柳工印尼與當?shù)卦盒?、行業(yè)交流的重要平臺，促進多方技術(shù)交流與合作。

Huang Min has been engaged in overseas service for over a decade. With a profound understanding of construction machinery technology and outstanding service skills, he has gained acclaim in the industry. The establishment of the studio aims to inherit and promote the master's craftsmanship. Through collaboration with local institutions, the studio aims to cultivate more talents with practical skills, enhancing the local level of construction machinery services. The studio will also serve as a vital platform for communication between LiuGong Indonesia, local institutions, and the industry, facilitating technological exchange and collaboration.
