為深入推進全球化戰(zhàn)略,擘畫百億非洲宏偉藍圖,3月12日-13日,三一非洲大區(qū)組織召開第一屆“肯尼亞峰會”,平臺關(guān)鍵崗與海外直營事業(yè)部子公司總經(jīng)理齊聚肯尼亞內(nèi)羅畢,共同探討非洲大區(qū)三年規(guī)劃與2024年經(jīng)營策略。

In order to deepen the globalization strategy and paint a grand blueprint for Africa worth billions, SANY Africa organized the first Kenya Summit from March 12th to 13th. Personnel in key positions on the platform and the general managers of overseas subsidiaries gathered in Nairobi to jointly discuss the three-year plan and 2024 business strategy for the African region.

非洲大區(qū)事業(yè)部董事長蔣慶彬致開幕辭,他表示本次峰會是平臺與作戰(zhàn)部隊關(guān)鍵崗首次聚首,意義重大,務(wù)必要深入探討、有所收獲?!叭绻麤]有成果,那就是作秀、折騰!反之則是務(wù)實、開源”。為此,峰會采取了分組的形式,聚焦“控風險、抓增量、提服務(wù)、樹品牌、促合作”五大主題,展開了充分而熱烈的討論。

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Jiang Qingbin, Regional President of SANY Africa, delivered an opening speech. He stated that this summit is the first gathering of personnel in key positions on the platform and overseas subsidiaries, and it is of great significance. It is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions and gain some results. If there is no result, it is just showing off. For this purpose, the summit adopted a grouping format, focusing on the five main themes of "risk control, incremental growth, service improvement, brand building, and cooperation promotion", and engaged in full and enthusiastic discussions.

直營南非子公司總經(jīng)理張良帶領(lǐng)小組總結(jié)出非洲大區(qū)三大成果和三大反思,并基于反思尋找差距、制定對策,同時提出要嚴控“四類風險”、抓好“五新增量”,創(chuàng)造“震撼、驚喜、感動、回味”的客戶體驗。

Mr. Zhang Liang, General Manager of SANY South Africa, led the team to summarize the three major achievements and three profound reflections in SANY Africa, and based on these reflections, identified gaps and formulated countermeasures. At the same time, it was proposed to strictly control the "four types of risks" and focus on the "five new increments", creating a "shocking, surprising, moving, and memorable" customer experience.

直營肯尼亞子公司總經(jīng)理劉國勝所在小組從客戶的角度剖析了公司當前存在的不足,以及未來如何為客戶創(chuàng)造更大的價值,并提出無論何時何地都要以客戶為中心、以市場為中心來打造產(chǎn)品、制定決策。對于服務(wù)配件,提出要加大資源投入、加強技能培訓(xùn)等舉措,從速度和技能兩方面提高客戶滿意度。

The team led by Mr. Liu Guosheng, the General Manager of SANY Kenya, analyzed the current shortcomings of the company from the perspective of customers. And it is proposed to always be customer-centric and market-oriented, based on which to create products and make decisions, no matter when or where. For service and accessories, measures such as increasing resource investment and strengthening skill training are proposed to improve customer satisfaction from both speed and skills.

會議最后,蔣慶彬總結(jié)道,本次峰會各小組都貢獻了許多真知灼見,提出了很多好的建議,但這些建議決不能停留在紙面,而要快速轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾袆佑媱潱瑒?wù)實推進每一項工作,形成“講問題、找答案、抓落實”的閉環(huán)。與此同時,本次峰會也深化了平臺與作戰(zhàn)部隊的關(guān)系,為達成共識、增進合作奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

Finally, Mr. Jiang Qingbin summarized the content of this summit. He stated that each group at this summit has contributed a lot of insightful insights and put forward many good suggestions, but these suggestions must not remain on paper, but should be quickly transformed into action plans and pragmatically promoted in every work. At the same time, this summit has deepened the relationship between the platform and the overseas subsidiaries, laying a solid foundation for reaching consensus and enhancing cooperation.
