in the Philippines
3月21日,柳工攜手菲律賓經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商QSJ開(kāi)啟2024服務(wù)萬(wàn)里行活動(dòng)。來(lái)自QSJ 7個(gè)分公司的百名服務(wù)工程師、技術(shù)專(zhuān)家等,將為客戶(hù)提供全面專(zhuān)業(yè)的設(shè)備健康檢查服務(wù)。
On March 21, LiuGong joined hands with its Philippine dealer, QSJ, to kick off the 2024 Service Tour. One hundred service engineers and technical experts from QSJ's seven branches will provide comprehensive and professional equipment health inspection services for customers.
此次活動(dòng)將貫穿全年,覆蓋菲律賓核心區(qū)域,服務(wù)百余家關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)、上千臺(tái)設(shè)備。通過(guò)“地毯式”的全地域服務(wù)覆蓋,深入了解柳工設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),同時(shí)開(kāi)展保姆式的全方位服務(wù)活動(dòng),提升柳工品牌的知名度和客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度。啟動(dòng)儀式后,即刻開(kāi)展首期關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)機(jī)手和維修人員的服務(wù)培訓(xùn)。
This event will span the entire year, covering core areas in the Philippines and servicing over a hundred key customers with thousands of units of equipment. This comprehensive service campaign helps better understand LiuGong equipment's operational status and enhance LiuGong's brand awareness and customer satisfaction. After the kick-off meeting, immediate service training for the operators and maintenance personnel of key customers was conducted.
