9月18日至19日，柳工拉美公司舉行了2024技能比武大賽，來(lái)自巴西、哥倫比亞、玻利維亞等共計(jì)23個(gè)經(jīng)銷商和客戶參與了比賽。

From September 18 to 19, LiuGong Latin America successfully held the 2024 Technical Skills Competition, with 23 dealers and customers from Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia, and other countries participating.

大賽伊始，柳工拉美公司總經(jīng)理王林君介紹了柳工的綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念。此次活動(dòng)以柳工綠色節(jié)能產(chǎn)品856HE 電動(dòng)裝載機(jī)與最新一代 T 系列裝載機(jī)作為比賽機(jī)型，充分展示了柳工的創(chuàng)新成果。

At the beginning of the event, Wang Linjun, General Manager of LiuGong Latin America, introduced LiuGong’s green and sustainable development philosophy, emphasizing the importance of energy-efficient technology. The competition featured LiuGong's green and energy-saving products, including the 856HE electric wheel loader and the latest generation of T-Series wheel loaders, showcasing the company's innovation.

比賽內(nèi)容豐富，分為三個(gè)主要環(huán)節(jié)：設(shè)備發(fā)運(yùn)前檢查（PDI）、技術(shù)交機(jī)以及故障診斷。在PDI環(huán)節(jié)中，選手們需對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行全方位檢查，確保設(shè)備在交付前處于最佳狀態(tài)。技術(shù)交機(jī)環(huán)節(jié)則考察選手與客戶溝通的能力，以及設(shè)備操作與維護(hù)知識(shí)的熟練程度。故障診斷環(huán)節(jié)要求選手憑借豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專業(yè)技能，快速診斷設(shè)備問(wèn)題并提出有效解決方案。

The competition included a variety of challenges, focusing on three main areas: Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), technical handover, and fault diagnosis. In the PDI round, participants conducted comprehensive inspections of the equipment to ensure it was in optimal condition before delivery. The technical handover tested the participants' ability to communicate with customers and explain the operation and maintenance of the equipment. In the fault diagnosis segment, participants had to use their professional knowledge and practical experience to quickly and accurately identify equipment issues and propose solutions.

比賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛緊張而熱烈，參賽選手展現(xiàn)出高度的專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)和熟練的操作技巧。無(wú)論是故障的精準(zhǔn)診斷，還是高效的操作流程，都體現(xiàn)了選手們過(guò)硬的技能。在856HE電動(dòng)裝載機(jī)的比賽環(huán)節(jié)，選手們更是體驗(yàn)到了其先進(jìn)技術(shù)與卓越性能。

The competition site was filled with energy as participants skillfully operated LiuGong machines, demonstrating their expertise in everything from precise fault diagnosis to efficient workflows. In the 856HE electric loader round, participants were particularly impressed by its advanced technology and outstanding performance.

此次技能比武不僅是一次技能的比拼，更為柳工與經(jīng)銷商及客戶之間搭建了溝通合作的橋梁。通過(guò)這次比賽，參與者對(duì)柳工產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)與創(chuàng)新成果有了更深入的了解，也進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了他們對(duì)柳工品牌的信任與支持。

This competition was not only a test of skills but also served as a bridge of communication between LiuGong, its dealers, and customers, fostering further collaboration.
