世界華人不動產(chǎn)學(xué)會2025年博士生論壇第二次征文通知

世界華人不動產(chǎn)學(xué)會（Global Chinese Real Estate Congress，GCREC）于2025年年會期間舉辦博士生論壇。論壇于2025年7月25日在北京舉行，旨在為博士生提供一個與房地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域知名學(xué)者交流其學(xué)術(shù)研究和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的機(jī)會。

學(xué)會誠邀將在2025年進(jìn)行畢業(yè)論文答辯的博士生參加本屆博士生論壇。有意參加的博士生必須由其主要學(xué)術(shù)導(dǎo)師推薦，并于2025年5月31日前提交已完成或即將完成的博士學(xué)位論文（中文稿）。學(xué)會將嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行此期限，所有未在期限前提交的論文將不予考慮。請將論文以電子郵件發(fā)送至論壇秘書處劉老師郵箱（hanglung_cre@tsinghua.edu.cn）。每位學(xué)者限推薦一名博士生參加。

本論壇設(shè)立了“2025年度最佳不動產(chǎn)博士學(xué)位論文獎”。論壇組委會將對提交的博士論文進(jìn)行初步篩選。入選的博士生將受邀在博士生論壇上展示其論文，并參與最終評選。參與論壇報(bào)告的博士生將有機(jī)會與世界華人不動產(chǎn)學(xué)會的理事會成員共進(jìn)晚餐。組委會將根據(jù)論壇上的表現(xiàn)，評選出一至兩篇優(yōu)秀論文，并在2025年世界華人不動產(chǎn)學(xué)會年會上頒發(fā)獎項(xiàng)，獎金總額為1萬元人民幣。

在論壇上，博士生們將匯報(bào)自己的論文內(nèi)容和研究計(jì)劃，專家學(xué)者將對其研究進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評，并為博士生未來的職業(yè)規(guī)劃提供指導(dǎo)。我們歡迎其他學(xué)生和會員線下參加論壇，但請注意，論壇不提供晚餐服務(wù)。

Doctoral Forum of GCREC 2025 Annual Conference

Second Call for Papers

The Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) will hold a Doctoral Forum during the 2025 annual conference. The forum is set for July 25, 2025 in Beijing, with the aim of providing doctoral candidates with an opportunity to communicate with renowned scholars in the real estate field about their academic research and career planning.

Doctoral candidates who are scheduled to defend their dissertations in 2025 are welcome to participate in this forum. An interested doctoral candidate must be recommended by their primary academic advisors, and submit their completed or soon-to-be-completed doctoral dissertations (in Chinese) before May 31, 2025. The Congress will strictly enforce this deadline, and any papers not submitted before the deadline will not be considered. Please send the paper to Ms. Liu at the forum secretariat (E-mail: hanglung_cre@tsinghua.edu.cn). Each scholar is limited to recommending one doctoral candidate at most.

This forum specially establishes the "2025 Best Real Estate Doctoral Dissertation Award". The forum's committee will conduct a preliminary selection of all doctoral dissertations submitted. Doctoral candidates who are shortlisted in the preliminary round will be invited to present their doctoral dissertations at the Doctoral Forum and proceed to the final selection. Doctoral candidates presenting at the forum will have the opportunity to dine with the members of the GCREC board. The forum committee will select one to two winning papers based on the performance in the forum presentations. The winning papers will be awarded during the GCREC 2025 Annual Conference, with a total prize of 10,000 RMB.

Doctoral candidates attending the forum will present their stheir paper content and research plans. Experts and scholars will provide comments on their research and offer guidance for their future career planning. The Doctoral Forum welcomes all other students and members to attend the forum in person, but please note that dinner service will not be provided.
